Translate to English Kühler, deutlich kräuterwürziger Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten, etwas unreifer Birne und Steinobst mit mineralischen Nuancen. Feinsaftige Frucht mit lebendiger Säure und viel Kohlensäure, dadurch leicht rau wirkend, deutliche Kräuterwürze am Gaumen, ein wenig kalkige Mineralik im Hintergrund, zitronige Aromen, zarte Bittertöne, ordentlicher, leicht rauer Abgang.
