Nutty-yeasty and slightly smoky aroma of citrus fruits as well as stone and also a bit of pome fruit with distinctly herbal to herbal and slightly floral notes. Juicy, quite firm, relatively sweet fruit, present acidity and grip, smoky, nutty and yeasty hints on the palate, distinctly herbal-plant tones, in the background stony-salty minerality, also quite sweet in the good to very good finish.
