Translate to English Feste, leicht tabakige, nussige und angedeutet speckige Nase nach teils eingemachtem Kern- und Steinobst mit einer Spur Wurzelgemüse, Waldboden und Honig. Klare, sehr süße, wieder teils eingemachte Aprikosenfrucht mit einem Hauch roter Beeren und angedeutet Meerrettich, lebendige Säure, hat etwas Griff, im Hintergrund Tee und Trockenpilze, gute Nachhaltigkeit, kreidige Mineralik, Zitruszesten am Gaumen, sehr guter Abgang mit an Tannennadeln und Honig erinnernden Nuancen, aber auch Frische und Zug.
