A somewhat yeasty and dried-plant citrus scent with a hint of legumes, floral nuances, as well as hints of honey and wax. Quite juicy, predominantly light fruit, yeasty, vegetal, and smoky notes, lively acidity, and noticeable, sandy tannins, slightly bitter-herbaceous nuances, salty and somewhat stony minerality, still a hint of yeast, good to very good, just a bit drying finish.
