Slightly nutty, smoky and dried-vegetable, also a trace of spicy nose of dried yellow fruits with yeasty and floral hints, a little yellow spice and rock candy. Ripe, warm, very sweet, somewhat caramel fruit with nutty and smoky flavours, again some yellow spice on the palate, suitable acidity, some tannin, honey tones, lasting, quite powerful, herbal and floral nuances, a breath bacon, also a little broccoli, earthy-mineral tones, very good, firm, sweet, spicy finish
