2018 trocken Cuvée "Opilio", Württemberg, Germany

Tart aroma of predominantly dark fruits with slightly dried-vegetable and earthy notes. Clear, straightforward, tart-juicy fruit, some nutty and tobacco woody flavours, a hint of smoke, slightly sandy tannin, some bite, some persistence, a little salt in the background, good, tart finish.
