Lots of celery on the nose, restrained, tart white and yellow fruit notes, floral hints and smellable phenolic spiciness. Quite firmly woven, ripe, somewhat melting fruit, nutty and slightly buttery tones, fine acidity, again quite distinct, crumbly phenolic, good substance and persistence, a hint of dark fruit in the background, light minerality, some camphor, very good, again quite firm, tart finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2025+. What our ratings mean

Editor note: Tart and rather cool, planty to herbaceous nose with light yellow fruity aromas, a little bit of elderflower and mineral tones. Ripe fruit with light juice, clearly nutty, yeasty aromas, fine, quite lively acidity, a little floral on the palate, a hint of fresh butter, good persistence, still young, hinted at vanilla-woody notes, good to very good finish
