Klare, saftige, feste Frucht mit leicht dunkelbeerigen Anklängen, lebendige Säure, etwas mürber Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, kreidige Mineralik, auch etwas Salz, im Hintergrund Fassholz, sehr guter Abgang mit kühlem Saft.
