2021 Sauvignon Blanc Landwein trocken "Bergmandel", Schwaben, Germany

Tart, quite firm, still a little closed nose with yellow and also slightly green fruity aromas, smoke and light wood, hints of yellow spice, pepper, mushrooms and black berries. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm and a hint of sweet fruit with very fine, quite lively acidity and some grip, very slightly ethereal herbaceous-vegetable aromas on the palate, red and black berry tones, salt and a little chalk in the background, smoky wood notes, has finesse, very good, firm, juicy, somewhat melting, but also grippy finish with spice, fine, relatively cool juice and grip.
