Slightly herbal, nutty, smoky and somewhat yellow-spicy, slightly reminiscent of mustard seed and fennel with yellow-fruity aromas. Ripe fruit with tart, somewhat smoky-woody spice, a little root vegetable and mustard seed again on the palate, very fine acidity, grip of friable tannin, still a trace of drying, good persistence and substance, rather quiet style, clearly mineral hints, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
