Nutty, somewhat smoky and vegetal aroma with white and yellow fruit aromas, a little yeast, yellow spice and a hint of juniper. Taut, tart fruit, nutty, floral and clearly vegetal aromas, a hint of mushrooms, present acidity, some grip, lots of light minerality, persistent, a hint of dark berries in the background, woody and smoky hints, a little pepper, some depth, very good finish, again with plenty of acid bite.
