Nutty, somewhat yeasty and a little bit planty scent of ripe, mainly red berries with earthy to mineral notes. Tight, cool, finely juicy, tart fruit, fine, youthful tannin, noticeable acid bite, also a trace of carbonic acid, smoky and nutty aromas on the palate, a little herbs in the background, yeasty nuances, then also salt, very good, tight, cool finish with fresh juice and a lot of bite. Very animating
