2018 Silvaner trocken "O", Württemberg, Germany

Hazy orange-ochre colour. Tart nose, prominent vegetral and herbaceous notes, yellow fruit aromas, touch of yellow spice, yeasty notes floral traces and a hint of cabbage. Firm, juicy, spicy fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, pepper, cardamom and dried coriander, elegant acidity, integrated tannins, persistent, mineral notes in the background, walnuts, some floral traces in the background, some depth and grip, very good, juicy, spicy finish.
