2018 Spätburgunder trocken "Simonroth®", Württemberg, Germany

Slightly smoky and a little dried vegetable to tobacco scent of black and red berries with spicy and floral nuances and a hint of malt. Ripe, juicy, relatively dark fruit, fine tannin and some bite, toasty and smoky nuances, again malty traces, some tobacco, in the background salt, good substance and persistence, very good finish with ripe fruit and tart spice
