Firm, fairly deep nose, hint of bacon and tobacco, light oak, dried vegetal notes, red and a few black berries, hint of plums, mushrooms, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, firm, tart juicy fruit on the palate, hint of smoked bacon and some mushrooms, undergrowth, earthy and salty mineral notes, toasted traces, light peppery notes, some depth, hint of cola nut in the background, more tobacco and mineral notes on a very good, firm, juicy, lightly toasted finish.
