2015 Spätburgunder trocken Junge Reben, Württemberg, Germany

Cool, fairly polished nose, still slightly yeasty, red and a few black berries, dried flowers, peppery and mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, lively acidity, fine youthful tannins, light leathery and smoky notes in the background, herbaceous notes, mushrooms and some undergrowth, mineral notes, polished, very good firm, elegant, juicy finish.
