Firm nose, light yeasty and nutty notes, prominent yellow spice, ripe, partly candied citrus and stone fruit, hint of bacon and egg white, mustard seed and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent yellow spice, yeasty notes, hint of bacon, light nutty notes, elegant acidity, fine, integrated tannins, slightly sweetish and creamy, some depth, good substance, medium body, very good juicy, wpicy, gripping finish.
