2013 Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs "Evoè!", Württemberg, Germany

Prominent yeasty and vegetal notes on the nose, hard pears and some apples, hint of sourdough and mussel shells. More prominent yeasty notes on the palate, some baked apple, fairly fine mousse, tart fruit, good grip, noticeable acid bite, fairly persistent, light nutty notes and some bread, good to very good grippy, tart, juicy finish.
