Auch im Mund klar, eher herbe Frucht mit hefigen und pflanzlichen Noten, recht präsente Säure und lebhaftes, mittelfeines Mousseux, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit,ordentlicher, wieder etwas säurebetonter Abgang mit herber Würze.
