Quite firm, vegetal and somewhat herbal aroma with pome fruit notes, a hint of legumes, floral nuances and some minerality. Restrained, tart fruit, vegetal to herbal and still gently yeasty notes, quite lively acidity, some grip of moderate, fine sandy tannin, chalky and salty notes in the background, good persistence, smoky traces, very good, tart, emphatically mineral and also again vegetal finish with bite.

Best to drink: 2023-2026+. What our ratings mean
