Clear, polished and rather cool, fine-vegetable and a bit yeasty fragrance with light yellow-fruity aromas. Slender, tart, juicy, reserved fruit, planty to herbal and yeasty notes, some grip, good persistence, clear minerality, still very slightly covered on the palate, good to very good, tart finish. Should still ripen a little
