Cool, firm and yeasty, herbal, chalky and slightly floral fragrance with restrained, light yellow fruity aromas, delicate yellow spice and mushroom nuances. Firm, smoky and very tart on the palate, light, bone-dry, juicy fruit, firm, fine sandy, ripe tannins, persistent and dense on the palate, lively acidity, good depth and substance, clear, chalky-salty minerality, plenty of tension and bite, still undeveloped, firm, tangy-juicy, again intensely mineral and at the same time fine-juicy finish with plenty of pull
