2021 Kamptal DAC Ried Steinhaus Riesling Reserve trocken "Rote Erde", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Somewhat herbal and yeasty scent with bright, restrained yellow fruity aromas and a little root vegetable. Slightly subdued, again restrained, sweetish fruit, suitable acidity and a little drying tannin, minty notes in the background, a hint of egg, some melting, good persistence and substance, mineral in the background, a hint of dark berries, good to very good, if again slightly drying finish with herbal-vegetable spiciness.
