Herbal-vegetal, delicately mushroomy and a hint of floral citrus nose with a little peach and nutty as well as hints of smoky tones and hints of fresh lemon butter. Behaviourally sweet fruit with moderate vegetal and mushroomy notes, suitable acidity, noticeable, slightly drying tannin, a hint of vanilla, buttery tones, hints of dark berries, yeasty nuances, very good finish with candied tones and tart mineral traces.
