2016 Wallhausen Johannisberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Nahe, Germany

Firm, cool nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, very elegant citrus and stone fruit aromas, prominent mineral notes, hint of capers. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, vegetal traces, light earthy and mineral notes, good substance and persistence, has a certain inner tranquility, delicate grip, good depth, slightly creamy, floral traces, delicate vegetal notes, hint of olive oil, more prominent mineral notes on a very good, elegant, juicy, fairly tranquil finish. A very unobtrusive wine, currently in its ifrst drinking phase and very pleasant, can already be combined with food.
