2019 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Zieregg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Quite firm and deep, somewhat herbal and hints of bacon aroma of bright yellow fruits with a hint of gooseberries and bamboo. Polished, somewhat melting fruit with nuances reminiscent of grapefruit and mint, fine acidity, light tannin grip, good substance and persistence, light minerality, hints of smoke, buttery traces, very good, animating finish.
