Cool citrus nose with apple and peach notes, as well as plant-based, light nutty and floral hints. Clear, bright, finely juicy fruit, lively acidity, delicate smoky and nutty tones on the palate, restrained plant notes, certain sustainability, a bit of salt, a hint of carbonation, good to very good, delicately nutty and smoky, fine fruity finish.
