Quite firm, slightly developed, somewhat vegetal to dried herbal, nutty and hinted peppery scent of ripe yellow fruits with slightly smoky-woody hints and clearly mushrooms. Somewhat melting, delicately sweet, warm fruit with a touch of dried flowers, brown butter, mushrooms and hints of sage, moderate acidity, has grip of crumbly tannin, some persistence, smoky tones, a touch of salt in the again quite warm finish.
