Cool, firm and deep, herbaceous and intensely mineral bouquet with restrained, pure, polished, bright yellow fruity aromas, a hint of fennel and fine vegetal nuances. Ripe, taut, juicy, bright fruit, very fine, lively acidity, some grip of ripe tannin, yeasty traces, a hint of pepper, again very present minerality, dense and very deep on the palate, brilliantly pure-toned, extremely multi-layered, still quite compact and undeveloped, but nevertheless already has elegance, becomes rather cooler with air, long, concentrated, tangy-juicy, spicy and again very mineral finish with cinnamon notes. A monument - without any alcoholic violence.
