Very slightly smoky, somewhat vegetal to dried herbal and slightly peppery nose of predominantly dark berries with delicate floral and nutty hints. Dark, partly preserved fruit with cedary and peppery aromas, youthful, fine sandy, still somewhat drying tannin, good persistence, slightly toasty and noticeably chocolaty wood tones in the background, a hint of paprika and lavender, good to very good, again peppery finish with some coffee grounds.
