2013 Mittelburgenland Blaufränkisch Reserve trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, delicate peppery traces, predominantly black berries and cherries, light nutty notes, hint of tobacco, earthy notes. Fairly polished tart, juicy fruit on the palate, earthy and light vegetal notes, youthful, integrated tannins, light smoky oak, some chocolate, creamy notes, good persistence, salty traces, hint of tobacco, some cloves, medium body, fairly firm and still slightly astringent on a very good finish.
