Herb, quite firmly worked, slightly nutty, vegetable to dried-herb-like and subtly smoky nose with bright yellow fruits and a hint of juniper. Polished, slightly warm-feeling, completely dry fruit with delicate melt, a touch of peach skin and fine root vegetables, lively acidity, has grip from ripe tannin, some sustainability, chalky minerality, in the background barrel wood and vanilla, very good finish with noticeable alcohol warmth.
