2021 Ungstein Herrenberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Firm and quite deep, somewhat herbal-vegetal, very slightly warm, hinted floral citrus-stone fruit scent with mushroomy traces, preserved apricot and a hint of dark berries. Ripe, juicy, again slightly warm fruit, hints of yellow spice, also herbal-vegetable, delicate floral and yeasty nuances, lively acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, lasting, has power and a hint of sweet melting, lots of resin, tart minerality behind, orange zest with air, very good, firm, juicy, mineral and vegetable finish.
