Cool, somewhat planty to herbal and delicately yeasty pome and stone fruit scent with almondy and slightly mushroomy hints. Straightforward, delicately sweet, quite juicy fruit with still noticeable yeast, lively, fine acidity, some carbonic acid, light tannic grip and good persistence, peach, mint and rock candy in the background, salty and chalky tones in the good to very good finish.
