Firm and deep aroma of dried citrus fruits and some stone fruit with herbal-planty notes, floral tones, some yellow spice, fennel, mustard seed, a little yeast and mineral hints. Ripe, tart, warm and melting fruit, clearly nutty and smoky wood, noticeable, ripe tannin, some acidity, clear chalky-salty minerality, persistent, dense and powerful, whisky notes, nut butter, lots of grip, very good finish,with alcohol warmth, ripe juice, spice and minerality. Needs time.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
