2020 Landwein trocken Rosé "vom Löss", Baden, Germany

Somewhat nutty, mushroomy and delicately floral aroma of partly preserved red berries with a little stone fruit, cherries and mint. Clear, juicy, delicately sweet fruit with some spicy and nutty wood aromas, lively, yet fine acidity, some fine sandy tannin, good persistence, salty-mineral tones, delicate melting, hints of pepper and dried mushrooms in the good to very good finish with vanilla tones and still a little yeast. Has clearly improved again in the past months.
