A firm, lightly nutty, yeasty and slightly smoky fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity and slightly yellow-spicy aromas, floral nuances and a hint of roast in the background. Clear, straightforward, light, tangy-juicy fruit, yeasty, smoky and light nutty tones, lively, fine acidity, some touch, chalky-salty tones, also vegetable notes, lemony aromas and noticeable acid bite in the good to very good, tart finish
