Clear, cool and rather polished, finely planty white and yellow fruity nose with a hint of elderflower. Polished, fine-juicy, rather tart fruit, planty and very slightly nutty yeasty tones, some grip, good persistence, mineral tones in the background, some depth, quite clear, tart minerality, very good finish
