2019 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Kranachberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Gut-Kaspar, natural", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, tart, firm bouquet with white and a little yellow fruit aromas, fresh vegetal tones, a little yeast, elderflower and herbs. Firmly woven, ripe, restrained, nutty fruit with smoky hints, yeast, some wood spice and vegetal flavours, persistent and grippy on the palate, fine acidity, a hint of dark berries, has power and melting, becomes juicier with air, good depth, very good, firm, slightly warm, spicy finish.
