2017 Süd-Steiermark Sauvignon Blanc Trockenbeerenauslese, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Dark amber. Firm, candied nutty and dried herbal scent of partly dried and preserved citrus fruits and stone fruit with yellow-spicy and peppery nuances. Concentrated, very sweet fruit with herbaceous, spicy and distinctly vegetable aromas, candy, dried fruit and earthy nuances, matching acidity, some touch, persistent, very slight green vegetable pungency, distinctly ethereal notes, reminiscent of ammonia, has power, in the background a lot of salty minerality, some smoke, mushroom nuances, very good finish
