Festering and quite deep, somewhat reductive, smoky and nutty, then increasingly floral scent with rather bitter yellow fruity aromas, a bit of peach skin, floral nuances, a hint of anise and minerality. Cool, firm, completely dry fruit, nutty and subtly smoky aromas, some yeast, slightly herbal-vegetal hints, very fine plant spiciness, lively acidity, bright, stony minerality, persistent, certain depth, has tension, very good, bitter finish with bite and grip.
