Cool, firm and clear, quite deep, slightly herbaceous-herbal and somewhat yeasty citrus-stone fruit nose with floral traces, a hint of capers and distinct minerality. Firmly knit, bright, quite juicy, dry fruit, lively, very fine acidity, distinctly yeasty notes, some herbal-herbal and floral flavours, dense and persistent on the palate, still barely developed, good depth, present minerality, grippy, still undeveloped, complex, very good, firm, juicy, grippy and mineral finish. Must mature
