Deep and complex, slightly floral, also resinous-herbal and delicately yeasty, intensely mineral bouquet with restrained, noble, rather cool yellow-fruity aromas, a little yeast and nutty hints. Dense, cool and delicate in the mouth, very bright, restrained fruit, lively acidity and lots of grip from fine, crumbly tannins, yeasty and chalky tones, intense, bright, downright cold, chalky-stony minerality, a hint of dark berries, floral nuances, deep, dense and complex, still completely undeveloped, very long, taut, cool, again dominating mineral finish. Must mature at all costs.
