Cool, polished nose, light herbaceous and floral notes, candied and partly dried yellow fruit, light mineral notes in the background. Cool, firm and very juicy, predominantly light fruit on the palate, firm, elegant acidity, delicate herbaceous and floral aromas, persistent, still largely undeveloped, yeasty traces in the background, fairly prominent mineral notes, very vibrant, firm bite, very good depth, more herbaceous and floral notes on a long, cool, elegant, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
