2021 Wachau DAC Grüner Veltliner Reserve trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Herbal-vegetal and slightly floral, hinted ethereal fragrance with fine yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances, a hint of wax, pearl onions and hints of dark berries. Ripe, juicy and very slightly warm, somewhat sweetish fruit, very fine acidity, smoky, nutty and tart herbal tones, a little pepper in the background, good persistence, chalky mineral tones, mango, butter and a touch of curry, a little candy, juniper traces, some depth, very good finish with grip and eucalyptus.
