2017 Obervolkach Landsknecht Silvaner Spätlese trocken "GÄSSBERG", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart nose, vegetal. light earthy and mineral notes, restrained nutty notes and yellow fruit aromas. Slightly creamy fruit on the palate, nutty and vegetal notes, touch of yellow spice, integrated acidity, slightly muted and astringent, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, prominent mineral notes, good persistence, hint of tobacco, earthy and mineral notes, some grip on a good to very good finish.
