Slightly cloudy straw yellow. Firm, tart and quite deep, somewhat vegetal pome fruit nose with yellow spice, ethereal traces, herbs, smoky traces and mushroom notes. Tart and juicy, again quite tightly knit fruit, distinctly vegetal aromas, nutty, herbal and yeasty tones, fine, relatively present acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, smoky traces, lots of chalk and salt, good substance and depth, persistent, hints of yellow spice, plus mushrooms and a little bacon, very good, firm, quite complex finish with tension, cool juice and grip again.
