Clear, delicately smoky and nutty aroma with red berry aromas, a little pome fruit and herbal nuances. Fine, cool, quite polished fruit, nutty aromas and a hint of smoke, very fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, harmonious, hints of brown butter in the background, a little salt, good to very good finish.

Editor note: Slightly vegetal and herbaceous, also hinted at yeasty nose with nutty, delicately tobacco and slightly yellow and red fruity aromas. Tart, juicy fruit with yeasty, slightly tobacco and hints of spice, a little smoky, salt in the background, has grip and relatively lively acidity, persistent, very good, tight finish. Rosé with appeal that will make an excellent, versatile food companion.
