Cool, fresh, a hint of smoky peach-citrus nose with a touch of gooseberries, herbal-plant nuances, and a hint of beeswax. Underdeveloped, finely juicy, again cool fruit with delicate sweetness and bitter dried-plant to herbal and yeasty notes, lively, fine acidity, and some grip, sustainable on the palate, distinct minerality, quite firm structure, some depth, smoky traces, very good, firm finish with pull and grip.
