Clearer, cooler, and quite firm, somewhat tobacco-like and floral scent with noble yellow fruity aromas, a hint of dark berries, still slightly reductive notes clearly of herbs and a certain minerality. Ripe, dense, sweet-juicy fruit with candy notes, nutty-yeasty aromas, tobacco and herbs, a bit of dark berries in the background, fine acidity and grip, a bit of smoke and again reductive tones that slightly remind of cheese rind, sustainable, certain depth, firm structure, very good, sweet-juicy finish with grip, minerality, and quite complex spiciness.
